Video with mp3 audio an issue also?

I've read that mp3 playback is broken...I'm guessing this is also true for video with mp3 audio playback? After the update to 10.0.9 I've had major stuttering issues with all my SD content with mp3 audio. Also, I guess all the nighties have been taken down, so no way i can go back to a previous build?
