dirty regions

Well i don't know if any of you tested the skin with latest SVN and dirty regions on. I have enabled dirty regions on my setup and it seems that the skin has a bit of a problem with it. The first thing i noticed was the messed up time on the top right corner and then when i get in settings menu when there is a menu more than 1 page long and you go on to the next page the screen gets messed up.

A skinner should not need to (unless they want to optimize)
Please submit a bug report with how to reproduce, git version and everything and cc me and jmarshall.
