XBMC Constellation For iPad/iPhone by FSS.cc (unofficial remote)

xuanvu... it can't control the AppleTV itself... just XBMC running on it. I doubt that would be added to Constellation (at least any time soon) since there are so many apps dedicated to controlling the AppleTV already and they are focused on bug fixes, tweaks, new features dedicated to the more overall users as opposed to specific hardware.

What version of iOS on your iPad? 5.1.1
What version of Constellation? 2.2.4
What Operating System on the system that worked? Windows 7 Home Premium 32 Bit
What version of XBMC (from working system)? 11.0 Eden
What version of OS and XBMC from system that didn't work? Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit - 11.0 Eden
Do you have an 'advancedsettings.xml' for either system? I dont really know what this means or is so im assuming No I dont

I would also love to see it appear on the Android platform, especially now the Android Tablets are gaining market share. There are no comparable apps for the Android yet. Would definitely buy that one.

Based on the above, I have a few ideas, but mostly they boil down to a network issue (either the port is blocked, routed wrong, or in use by something else). Can you verify that the two computers are using DIFFERENT ports for XBMC (found in XBMC's Network Settings). You can have the same username/password/etc. but the port number needs to be changed... (example, on my network I have my HTPC/Server on port 85, test laptop on 86, desktop on 87). If you think it'd be easier to debug this using a normal instant messenger, you can feel free to PM which one you use along with the username and we can try to work it out that way (please do not post your IM username in the open forum, trust me, you don't want spam bots or something getting it).

The newest version was submitted to Apple awhile ago... it pretty much boils down to whenever they release it (as far as I know it wasn't declined)

This has been address MANY times already... they are actively working on the Android version but have not yet reached a stable enough version for Alpha/Beta testing.

Thanks for the update. It all looks great. Been using Constellation for a few months now, but can't work out how to get my YouTube subscriptions. My account is linked but nothing shows up? Any ideas where I'm going wrong?

It should be striate forward Just enable youtube and it should work. Does the "Uploaded" section work for you ?

We will be adding more youtube features in the next release.

I have just double checked and subscribed and uploaded work just fine for me (I use 2 step verification).
are you sure you have granted access To your youtube account ? (The allow button after you sing in to youtube)
