Thumbnails For Genre

How can I change the thumbnails for the GENRE'S from NOTHING to show photos or something. It did it automatically on my one htpc but on a different one in the house it has just blank displays with only the genre titles. I have no idea how I got it to work.. Thanks Cant find any help on this after searching the forums.

Ahh shucks thought I would finally get this sorted out by tonight... No one have this problem before?
