Download and Development

Installation
Repository Instructions (Recommended)
1) Install Repo Install from HERE
2) In XBMC goto Settings -> Add-Ons -> Install from zip file
3) Use the app to browse to 'mortstar's repo' and install
OR
1) Install Repo Install from: HERE
2) In XBMC goto Settings -> Add-Ons -> Install from zip file

XBOX Instructions - [in depth instructions HERE]
1) Download the latest version
2) Unzip the contents of the zip file and rename the folder to "FlashSportStreams"
3) Place "FlashSportStreams" folder in to plugin/video directory on XBOX

WINDOWS Instructions
1) Download the latest version
2) Place zip file in an appropriate place
3) In XBMC goto Settings -> Add-Ons -> Install from zip file
4) Locate downloaded zip file

FAQ
- Does this work outside of the UK?
- Yes, this is a streaming website that works anywhere

- Why do we recommend you install the repo instead of manual install?
- By installing the repo, any new releases will automatically be picked up and pushed to XBMC and ask you to update the add-on!
- This will cut out the hassle coming to the thread for updates and manually uninstalling/installing the plugin!

- Why choose this over myp2p.eu and other football streaming sites?
- Its all down to preference, although this site is very stable, cheap, and not in high demand as the free websites are, thus better playback

- What is the price of this?
- The plugin is absolutely free (as always!), however, FlashSportStreams requires a minimum payment of £5.99 for 1 month, or £39.99 for 1 year!

- Why is the plugin playing streams at 4:3?
- XBMC by default does this, at the moment we cannot force 16:9, streams are in 16:9 so to fix this do the following:
- Settings -> Video -> Display 4:3 videos as Stretch 16:9

When reporting a bug make sure that you turn on debugging in the script and in XBMC and include:

- A debug log
- A description of how to reproduce the bug

Got to say I love LOF but am intrigued as to how these compare. Looks as though they have more content - is that correct? Are the streams comparable in quality to LOF? Thanks in advance.

hey guys,
its ready for release at my end right now..
just uploaded screenshots of v1.0.0!

its now been sent to mclog who is going to ensure there aren't any obvious errors/bugs in the source, then if all goes well, this will be sent to mortstar to upload to his repo.

i just hope you guys can enjoy this like i am right now Wink

not a problem, as soon as its available in the repo i would recommend installing via the repo, as there is going to be plenty of updates in the upcoming days/weeks!

The biggest difference is that all of the Sky Sports channels are on 22 - 24 hours a day. The stream quality is good. Also, their schedule is much more detailed (that will come in subsequent build).
