I'm currently using plain old SMB sharing from my Windows computer to stream to my Apple TV 2, but it takes upwards of 5 minutes just to scan for new content when I start up XBMC (I have it set to auto-scan on startup). Is there a better way to do this so scanning doesn't take so long?
