Hi bit of a new user to XBMC, just wondered as I have a lot of movies. Is there a way of seeing what was watched last.
Just sometimes. I stop watching a movie half way through and then i may go back to it a day or so later. Sometimes I forget what i have been watching.
Just wondered if there was a option to see, last played, etc.
thank you.

Press the down arrow while you are highlighting Movies. I am pretty sure there is an option in the submenu. Or maybe it's just for recently added?
If this option does not exist, I agree that it should. |

First, no you do not have that option in the movie menu. I would think this could be possible since you can "Continue" play from previous. I would assume this means that that information is somwhere in the DB and should be retrievable.
When I get some time I may try to find out more on this and where that information is held. Thanks, SoBBie After review I found here: http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=The_XBMC_Database That there is a field in the DB under bookmark for "type" and the options are 0=standard, 1=resume, 2=episode. I think you could possible sort by that to find movies you have started to watch and then sort by "timeInSeconds" so see which movie you are the furthest threw. Not sure how possible it is yet but that is some extra info for ya

LOL well that seems a LOT easier to me. Especially since you can put a smart playlist under "Movie" on the home screen.
Thanks, SoBBie |

Do the same as the video below to create a smart playlist but when creating a new rule use "In Progress" "True"
