Hi, please can anyone help me build addon for some african internet radio stations, Or teach me how to go about it. i would greatly appreciate ur help. thanx.

Use shoutcast radio addon. There are also many African stations.
Otherwise you can find on your computer African on-line radio and insert the addresse into .pls file and copy it into your media centre or folder where you have access to it.
