It's so weird that I don't have the "I don't need to set an input on my Panasonic TV" option when I go through the setup. I might have to change my devices to the MCE Keyboard and the MCE SE and see what happens.
The people at the Logitech forums gave me a workaround. Go to the Device Tab and click on your TV. Settings -> Adjust Inputs -> Choose Method #2 and delete all inputs but HDMI1 and HDMI2. On the next page where it asks for the commands for each input, choose "none". That will remove the input change option from each activity. Then go back and delete HDMI2.
I guess without the second input there, you never get the option to choose "None" for the command.
