multi-boot xbmclive, win7, linux

Is there a guide on how to make it so when you boot it wait 5 secs and if I don't do nothing it will boot straight into XBMCLIVE or OPENELEC?

I've installed Windows 7 and Sabayon Linux. When I get to the GRUB screen there was only Sabayon Linux, Sabayon Linux safe mode, and Windows 7.

Also how do I change the priory to Windows 7 if I want to boot to that OS instead of XBMCLive in the future?

you need to edit /boot/grub/menu.list in the linux distro that is running grub for you

move the win7 entry to the top and add an entry for xbmclive, there should also be a timeout there

literally google edit grub and read
