My install guide for XBMC 10.1 on Asrock ION 330 + HDMI

Hi all!

Just installed the latest version of XBMC and it went perfectly (with the help of the forum of course).

My steps for installation and configuration:

1) installation of XBMC Live 10.1 (from CD or USB key, I prefer USB key-it is faster)

2) configuration of the Nouvoton IR receiver with the help of X3lectric http://forum.xbmc.org/showpost.php?p=658...tcount=384

3) configuring HDMI only with the settings in XBMC UI by selecting:
HDMI audio output,
disable DTS and AC3 (for mkv sound to work),
audio out HDMI,
audio passthrough HDMI

4) configuring VDPAU for GPU to work decoding the 720p and 1080p

5) reboot

After that everything works like a charm.
