I'm a new user in this Forum and Apple TV 2 with XBMC and I have a question for my Apple TV 2 (jailbreaked) with XBMC and my Time Capsule.

What is the configuration between my ATV2 with XBMC and my time capsule to access my media folder (movies) ?

Use SMB (windows sharing). Time Capsule is already set up to use it and it should show up when you add a video source using the SMB browser or even the zeroconf browser.

Sometimes you have to use a username which is either the TC's name or the wireless network's name.
