I did a Google search for weather plus which I download could get it to work in Neon then another link on Google had the Neon skin update with support for weather plus. I am happy now. It is pretty neat however can't get 3 days or 4 days popups. Guess can't have everything.
I really do like the Weather Underground website maps etc which the org. weather in XBMC is base on.
P.S. Weather Plus 2.0 script keeps failing but looks great when it works. no idea why it fails to load a lot
