Hulu problem
#1
Hi
I loaded the Hulu plugin tonight (from BlueCop's Repo) and it shows me as logged into Hulu (not plus).
I click a show and nothing happens.
I get a message saying 'Playback Failed - One or more items failed to play. Check the log file for details'
Hulu works fine from the desktop.

not sure if this helps:

Looks like you need to update your librtmp/rtmpdump.

Easiest way to do this is just use the nightly builds (under the Downloads section on the website there is a link for Nightly builds). They're kind of like beta-betas; they include lots of new features and some bugs as well. The most recent nightly builds have actually been quite usable for me in day to day use, but your milage may vary. You might want to back up your settings and video library if you've spent a lot of time on them, since with nightlies you never know what kind of bugs might pop up.

Thanks, do I just backup the XBMC Program Files folder and the XBMC User Folder?

If you backup the XBMC folder it should also include the userdata folder, all your plug-ins, library, settings, etc. If something goes wrong you can delete everything, install the stable version of XBMC, and put the backup folder back in and it will be exactly as you left it. You don't need to backup the Program Files XBMC folder, since you can just redownload it later on, but you can if you want to.

Windows Xp: Documents and Settings\[user]\Application Data\XBMC\
Vista/Windows 7: Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\
Mac OS X: /Users/<your_user_name>/Library/Application Support/XBMC/

I have the same problem when into Hulu...I am running the new release from 9 of March and blocked with Hot SpotShield since I'm in ROmania.I was able to watch last night a part of some episodes and the player stopped in the middle. Now I have the same problem with failed losing script...Did someone resolve this issue?
