Any tool to edit music library / database?

There are many tools / softwares in this forum, whereby one can edit /add movie or TV show info. But is there any tool whereby, I can edit / fill-in the missing info in the music library database or create a NFO like file and put it into the album folder.?

But I cannot put missing info in the music album info (like Label,styles, etc.), its not getting saved. CPU:- AMD FX 4100 Motherboard: Gigabyte 78LMT-S2 RAM:-4GB Graphics: AMD HD 7750 1GB DDR5 PSU: IBALL 500W Display: DELL S2240M Storage: 1TB
