If I have xbmc on my xbox 1 then can I make it connect to the xbmc on my pc so I can stream movies from it?

Yes, there are various ways to do this. The best is to share folders on the PC and connect to the shared folders from the XBox.

you want to play the movies on the xbox to the XBMC copy on the PC? XBMC on xbox should support sharing the library over UPnP (turn it on in the settings somewhere. Network, I think). Then on the PC just add a UPnP source.

The XBMC manual would be a good place to start:

And since you are using an xbox, which is no longer officially supported by XBMC.org/Team-XBMC you might want to look at
http://www.xbmc4xbox.org/
That site will have more up to date information in getting XBMC to work on original xboxes. Confusing, I know, but it's just an organizational thing.
