there are no eden builds yet. there are eden-pre builds, and those you get from xbmc.org/download

http://mirrors.xbmc.org/nightlies/ has Windows and OSX builds of the current development code. These come with a health warning though. Use the v10.1 from xbmc.org if you want a stable build.
