I hit C for context in the movies section and I get 'update library' & 'settings', neither of which allows me to add a source. Same thing happens in the tv shows section.
What to do?
noob: cannot add movies or tv shows

You don't add a source from there you add them from videos, if your new to XBMC then your far better off using Confluence and switching to another skin when you have added your Movies and TV, using another skin straight away just complicates things further

Also if you could post your thoughts (as a new XBMC user) in this thread on how adding sources could be more intuitive it would be helpful.
