[PM3.HD] How do I permanently disable Subtitles??

Does anyone know how I can permanently disable subtitles when watching movies in the PM3.HD theme??

I know I can turn them off by hitting the 'T' key on the keyboard.......but the next time I play a film they are re-enabled.

I'm running the the XBMC on an ATV 2

go to into the fullscreen video settings disable them then down the bottom select "make default for all movies" or something like that
