Option to add background for SETTINGS, MOVIE, TV SHOWS...?

Hello,
sorry to bother everyone for such a simple thing, but in Rapier it was easy to chose folder with fun arts so it rotate when some menu is selected. Here I cant find that option. Is it possible that AEON doesn't have it?
