I'm running vdr 1.7.20 with vnsiserver and it works fine all epg data shows up on yaepg using xine as frontend. When i use XBMC PVR as frontend it loads all channels and i can watch them just fine but no epg data. Could i be doing something wrong any ideas are welcome.

I'm running vdr 1.7.19 and staging version of vnsi. I can see epg within xbmc.
Have you tried the staging version ?
What are the change between 1.7.19 and 1.7.20 ?

please create a ticket for this issue and attach a full debug log.
