I run update .... and there is a problem ....
E:dpkg was interrupted,you mast manually run,dpkg--configure-a...to correct problem....

You must ssh into the atv and manually install. If you jailbroke the latest 4.3 with snowbreeze then there is an issue with updating because the 'rm' command is borked.
