I may be posting this in the wrong area but I figured it would be best here. When I try Navi-x, half of the links I go to show working/loading and then nothing happens. It reverts back to as if I never clicked anything. I first posted in Navi-x forums and came across a post stating it was an issue in XBMC. So then I tried the same links in Boxee and they worked fine.

iRoNBiLL stated:

"Lately, because there has been changes in the python libraries for XBMC, there has been breakage from version to version of certain python calls that Navi-X uses. Because of breakage by updates of a coder in an XBMC build, this can disable entirely working calls and functions for the python interpreter built into XBMC, that things like playback of content will break entirely.

We always recommend only officially supported builds and the last I checked, we need to update our entire troubleshooting regiment to XBMC 11. For now, try several xbmc revisions from the internet to see if one works from XBMC nightly builds. You should be able to find one if you try them all. Hate to say it but that's where we are at the moment. I will se what we can do about updating and reading up on XBMC 11 changes for you. Thanks.

iRoNBiLL"

I am currently using the latest stable releases from both Navi-X and XBMC on windows 7 64 bit if that helps

any and all advice is appreciated as I'd rather use XBMC
Thanx for all your hard work

IronBill said this is an issue that the developer of Navi-X has to fix. Apparently, Navi-X is using old python calls that are deprecated in new versions of XBMC with new python libs in it... in short, the app and new versions of XBMC aren't working together because of broken coding is all. Rodejo, the maker of Navi-X is looking into resolving it next update as he is looking into the python libs now and changes.
