I would like to discuss the possibility of adding a new category to the XBMC library system: "Recently Aired." It would be really cool to have your TV episodes in the order they were aired...so you could go through them like a DVR. What do you think? I also think a "Recently Released" for movies would be amazing, too

You can already simply create a smart playlist that's sorted by air date.

Hey I just looked up Smart Playlists in the Wiki, but it only talks about music. Any chance someone could help out with telling me what to put?

I want one that has Movies in order of the date or their release, from newest to oldest, about 100 entries.

And I want another for TV Shows that lists episodes in the order they were aired, from newest to oldest.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
