Hello,
Got a few questions...
I currently put my media into different root folders (childrens, running, ended) and then have smart play lists to access then. Is there a way to either place links to these smart play lists on to the main home window or maybe as a sublist under tvshow/videos like genres/files?
Also is there a way to remove the welcome button?
Lastly some other themes put a small overlay graphic on top of the tvshow/movie graphic (say a tick) when an item has been fully watched. This is in addition to the text listing the number of watch shows - is there a way to do this?
If this none of these can currently be done, any hint on what code files I would have to look at modifying - never played with skins/xbmc but eager to learn!
Thanks for this great skin,
James

Some skins have options to allow you to place items like playlists/favorites right on the home menu. I use Transparency! as an example that supports this.
Edit: sorry, I didn't notice this was in the Simplicity sub-forum so didn't realize you were asking specifically about using that skin. Thought it was just a general question.

brownjl99 Wrote:Hello, 1. You can add custom items to the home screen in skin settings. 2. If you go through the welcome screen it will prompt you to remove it. 3. Watched indicators already exist in the skin. If you want them for movies, you have to enable them in skin settings. |

Hi
I seem to be having trouble with watch indicators. In the TV Shows section, I am in icon slide view and each tv show has text to show the number of watched and unwatched espisodes. However when I go into a particular show, I get no watched indicators no matter what view I use.... Is there anything, I can do to fix this or find the problem? Thanks, James |

The white dot on the episode views indicates the episode has been watched.
