A friend of mine has wired speakers throughout his home whilst doing renovation work.
He now wants to be able to send sound (music video soundtrack etc) to any combination of speakers throughout the house.
I think in a similar fashion to Sonos.
I have absolutely no experience with HTPC's and my only real experience of XBMC is running it on a Live CD.
Can anyone offer any recommendations in terms of the hardware and software he'd need to do this?
