I;m using the latest release on 09/01/2011
and it seems that the audio is really loud.
Usually I'm around -29db and now I'm on -50db
Tried the onboard sound but didn't work.
Is is just my setup or is there a way to edit this?

are you even using an appletv2 or an other ios based device like ipad or iphone? Because the "onboard sound" irritates me a bit then ...

what do you mean by on board sound then? And to be honest i just don't get your question... can't you just turn down the volume on your amp?
