Reusing CPU (Core2 Quad) and DDR2 Ram 8 gig for my old PC.
Level 5 capabilities required - need to come in under $200.
Please suggest alternatives (GPU and Mobo not to sure of) as you see fit

That video is card is pretty dated. I've seen GT210's from $20-$30 and GT520's (HD audio + 3D video) from $30-$40.

I'd go with this remote instead as it's much easier to get working with XBMC:
