Automated Playlists Synched to Live TV?

Say, for the sake of argument, I've downloaded every episode of every show a specific network has ever played. Is there currently a plugin that automatically creates playlists of what would be on live TV that day, scraping from an online TV guide and matching up with files already downloaded?
