hi,

as far as i can tell from the log,
you don't have any items in your library.

btw. never post logs on the forum, use pastebin instead.
also always include the complete log, not just the part you think is interesting.

Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.
Do not PM or e-mail XBMC-Team members directly asking for support. Read/follow the forum rules.
For troubleshooting and bug reporting please make sure you read this first.

hi newbie007,

did you actually use a scraper to scan those items to the library?
i ask as the difference between movie files and movie library may not always be obvious to new users.

according to the log, you don't have any items in your movie library:
Quote:16:43:39 T:5788 DEBUG: CVideoDatabase::RunQuery took 1 ms for 0 items query: select * from movieview[quote]

Hi ronie,

I've just did a fresh install of xmbc and added the xeebo skin on top of it.
When i tried using global search its not giving any result neither for videos nor for songs.

As you have mentioned i've done the scan of the library items using the scrapper only... but still in vain....
If you still say that there are no items in my library, can you pls let me knw the procedure for doing the same...

Any light in this area is of great help.

please find below the debug logs of the same

Thanks in advance....

Thanks in advance....

if you did scrape your movies, then xbmc didn't pick 'm up.
xbmc reports there are 0 movies in your library and until you get that fixed, this addon will be useless.

try posting a debug log of a fresh library scan in the general help and support forum.

Hi ronie,

yesterday i could figure out the issue, as you mentioned i was not aware of the scrapper stuff. After your mention i've gone back and created a new library with existing scrappers. now the search is working fine... thanks for your time and the addon works really well Smile thanks again Smile

it might work if you create an .nfo file and specify multiple artists / tiltles.
