I've been reading and searching on this forum, but it gets confusing.

I have a simple question.

My system is a HP Microserver with Windows 7 Ultimate, I installed a Nvidia GT220 with a no-name usb sound card. I bought a MCE remote and done the registry hack, everything works 100%

My question is, how do I get XBMC to work as a media box. I want to switch the PC on with my MCE remote and switch it of with it. I don't want to have a keyboard or mouse at the PC.

My problem now is, I have copied XBMC into the startup so it starts up automatically. but when the PC sleep and turn on a again. It returns to the login screen.

The xbmc account login automatically and runs XBMC but when it goes to sleep login screen show up...

Change your resume from sleep setting in window 7. Check the power settings control panel. Go to the advance setting of the profile you are using. Turn off "Require a password from wakeup."
