I have a NAS at home, with my media library on it. Is there anything in XBMC that would allow me to watch my video's over the internet?

How fast is you Upstream? 
Does your NAS support DLNA?
Most of the NAS models come with a Media server like TwonkyMedia Server or sth. similar, so you would not need XBMC.

I don't think mine does at the moment. It's an iomega cloud drive.... and it requires specific software to be installed on the machine you're viewing from... which isn't quite suitable in certain situations....
I didn't know whether there was some kind of Air Video Server type thing either for ATV or something similar for XBMC
