When a package is updated is there any reason for the old package file to still sit on the system? When using a system like ATV2 it is easy to run out of memory on it (as it is split into two partitions) and after a while these can take up a lot of room. Are they meant to auto-delete themselves or can this be put in in the future?

See the IceFilms, YouTube and TVCathcup files they have old versions still on the system. These are in /var/mobile/Library/Preferences/XBMC/addons/packages
