I have every Movie in single Folder (else the Fanart dont work), but XBMC load one Cover (New World Order) for every Movie... why?

If you have each movie in a separate folder (i.e. in its own folder) you need to select "use folder names for lookup" from the video settings.

Also when you post a debug log you need to turn on debug logging (Settings | System | Debugging) and then do whatever it is that you are having problems with. The debug log contains more info than the standard log
