I recently installed the update for the Official XBMC Remote for Android on my HTC Desire HD, and since then it's stopped working.
In the bottom right corner, next to the XBMC logo, I see what appears to be the beginning of a doctype definition:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD
Anyone have any ideas?
As I mentioned, it used to work, and it still works on my girlfriend's iPhone.

Tried restarting the app? Seems like the response format is messed up.

Are you using both remotes at the same time? The one for Android and the one for iOS?
Can you provide an Android log?

I have previously been able to use both at the same time, yes.
I'm just installing the SDK to see if I can figure out how to get the log from the phone..

See the FAQ thread in this forum on how to get a log.

Got the log using the SDK, and found out the problem. For some bizarre reason, the host name I entered resolved to a different server I have running. I just wonder why the XBMC Remote doesn't report this as a problem.
Anyway, it is a problem with my local setup, not XBMC Remote for Android. Thanks for the help!
