to follow up.. it seems like doing this through cafepress.com is a no-brainer. you send them the logo, and say what stuff you want to provide, and then set a price. how easy is that?
though, i do imagine the actual $$ return you will get going through them is very minimal, since they are doing all the work (well, besides the logo you provide)

another follow up.. i did a quick test of what the shirt would look like through cafepress. you dont' need to register a cc-card with the site, at least i didn't have to. they just mail you a check.
