I am trying to stream movies and tv shows from my MacBook Pro and when I try and play any video, I get an error.

I've included the whole log, sorry. Just look at September 25 please!

You have only put up a (massive) syslog file. This will not tell us anything about XMCB unless it crashed. Please follow this guide and pastebin a XBMC.log file for a new session with debugging enabled.
