[RELEASE] XBMC-ECP (eMule Control Panel) Script

hi,

i switched my language from german to english and now it runs fine :-) i think its a problem with the special german characters as ä ö ü

i'm checking... :o

there was a problem on encoding of filenames...

i make some changes on templates and script but also a patch is necessary in xbmc...

when patch is ready i release everything...

however this a fast patch to resolve...


replace file util.py with this:
