hard to tell without the screen shots, but what is your folder structure like for TV Shows?

Are the screenshots not visible?
Anyway, my structure is:
~/videos/tv/show_name/season_number/show_name_01x01_episode_name.mkv
For example, the first screenshot is for file:
~/videos/tv/emma/emma_01x01.avi
The last screenshot is for show with directory:
~/videos/tv/downton_abbey/
That directory contains only directories season_1/ and season_2/ & no files.
Thanks again for any help. I really love this skin and want to stick with it.

I've never seen anything like that one. What happens if you manually update the logo through the gui?

Still exactly the same after updating the logos through the GUI. Is there a cache or something I could try to clear?
Thanks.
Thanks.

If you are on windows it will be in : C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\userdata\Thumbnails. I found all of my tv logos in the folder there.

I'm on Linux but the path is essentially the same.
I found the 26 instances of that logo (all .png files) in the Thumbnails/ directories, cp'd /dev/null to them, and now the logos are gone.
Not sure what caused it originally, but this works well enough for me.
