Adding my iTunes and iPhoto library to Apple TV1

Hi,

Can someone please help me?

I have XBMC running on my 1st generation Apple TV (I much prefered the user interface over Boxee!) and I have copied all of my music and photo's to the hard drive on my ATV, is there a way that I can now get all the files into XBMC but so that it recognises the playlists/albums rather than just a long list of files?

Alternatively, is there a way I can get XBMC to connect to my iTunes/iPhoto library and stream the music from there (essentially exactly what the Apple TV does?) I read somewhere that there is an iTunes add-on? But this is not there in the music add-ons page.

The reason for this is that I have hacked the USB socket so I have an external hard drive plugged in to the back of the ATV where my films are played from, but I want to be able to use my music and photo's from inside XBMC without having to exit it and go back to the Apple TV menu system.
