I am currently only running Windows XP, and I understand that XBMC can only do certain functions with Windows 7. I am in the process of building a new computer, and it will run Windows 7, and will have a Radeon 4890 graphics card in it (it's been sitting in a box forever). The Radeon 4890 is supposed to be able to upscale standard def video, and do some other video processing to make videos look better. Is this kind of video processing supported with XBMC when say I'm watching a standard or low-def DVD ISO? For instance, my son's Wiggles DVD ISO looks like complete crap when played on my computer monitor......when I get my new computer built with the Radeon card, will the card be able to process the video to make it look better? Thanks.
