HOW-TO: The Complete Idiots Guide to XBMC For Windows v1.1
#16
Great Guide, thanks. Especially the section about a central database and thumbs is really helpfull.

I have never tried the games / rom section before - but is seams easy to set-up.

I miss only a few more things / inside information on how to customize / extend functionality by using the UI to control home automation things (blinds, cinema wall, projector power, lights...) and extend the setup to a multiroom-system (e.g. defining different audio / video zones in sync on the fly, remote control the xbmc via smart devices (i*, android, windows tablets...) with options to browse the libraries and all function on them and launching the content on the htpc.

Also a live TV / PVR section might be interesting for many users.

I hope, there are some more contributors to create a complete Guide for all possible options, ideas and add-ons out there...

Thanks.
