Hi,
Perhaps a silly question, but do you unpack your rar/zip files before adding the movies into the ATV2 library? And have you noticed stuttering if you dont unpack the movies?
Best regards

Yes i do. Not because of stuttering, but i noticed that when exporting the database seperately directly to the share and the movies are packed, the created nfo files and thumbs did not match the movies and where inverted.

There's no reason to keep movies rar'ed or zipped. You should always unpack them. There will be less demand on the CPU, and you don't actually save any real space by having them "compressed" (video codecs are already compressed).

I leave torrents packed, for seeding purposes and because I'm lazy.
It does perform better (less stuttering/smoother playback/faster skipping)
on unpacked media.
Fortunately, my nzbget post-processor handles this just fine.
I'd recommend unpacking, especially for 720p and 1080p movies.
