I ran out of space as well, turned out it was itunes rentals, I deleted as advised in the above thread and all was well.

Ya, don't delete the plist files... they don't take up much space anyway.

A common cause of space issues is this dir filling up after renting video. I'd delete anything big enough to look like a movie or tv show:
/private/var/mobile/Library/Caches/AppleTV/Video/LocalAndRental

thank you
i did delete some log "out of memory" plist files, that why Atv had crashed.
I just restored Atv2,installed xbmc again,now used only 20%.and 80% free space

I want to know how to clean my ATzv 2? any way?
I use SMB from my PC but :
If I set TMDB to download metedata,, the metedata will be use from Apple tv space right?i think that because after I download metedata from TBDB, Atv2 used 80%,free 20%. Is it good?

Which mount are you looking at here? As ATV2 has 3 separate areas when you run the du -h command in terminal. One of them will always be nearly full but you should have around 6gb space left in one to them.
Set Up
Raspberry Pi running Raspbmc - XBMC 12.2
40" Samsung ES6800 LED Smart 3D 1080P TV
Onkyo HTS3405 5.1 DD True HD and DTS-HD Surround Sound
ReadyNAS Duo with 4TB (2 x 2TB X-RAID) Western Digital Caviar Green using NFS
