I'm a new XBMC user, so far I'm really enjoying it. I'm trying to use the web interface and I just keep getting a mostly white screen and two buttons that don't work. Is there something I don't have configured correctly? I've tried on various browsers on both the Mac and PC.

I think the web interface is an unfinished work....too much to do and not enough resources. There are some alternative solutions which can be found in the supplemental tools forum.

The web server only shows media that have been scanned into the library. Have you scanned any video or music into the library?

It is a very strong possibility that I have not -- I believe I have only set up a couple of paths from my SMB files server.

Although I have downloaded another web interface called AWS and that seems to work much better. Thanks!
