My movie folders are setup as follows:

Movie Title (YEAR)\Movie.Name.mkv
Movie Title (YEAR)\Movie.Name.nfo
Movie Title (YEAR)\Movie.Name.tbn
Movie Title (YEAR)\Movie.Name-fanart.jpg
Movie Title (YEAR)\folder.jpg

When I try scraping with the ATV2 it seems to be downloading all the info from the web rather than the local folder. Is there something I need to do to fix this/a config that needs changing?

Can't access my ATV2 here at work, but theres a setting somewhere in the scraper re "use folder name" - make sure that isn't ticked - it should then use the local NFO files.

Will double check later @ home.

that setting has nothing to do with whether or not it uses nfo files. debug log needed.
