i have installed the bbc iplayer plugin on my 1st gen apple tv it works but cuts off before the program has finished not sure whats wrong ?

ive had a good search of old post but cant find whats wrong with can anyone help me with this ?

ok what are you using to connect to the internet with Ethernet or wireless 
?
try and use home-plugs if your using a wireless connection
these are better
can be a number of things happening also
apple tv could be overheating etc
There are a number of factors which may cause the unit to exit the iPlayer function. These include, but are not necessarily limited to, the network connection and the data transfer rate between the content source and the unit. If the data transfer rate is too low then, unlike a PC, the television has no ability to buffer or store the contents and will exit iPlayer. As the network connection is across the internet, it is very difficult to pinpoint when, where and why the data transfer rate may drop.
