Anyone used Paintpack or know if it works with XBMC?

I have emailed the company who make this asking about price and shipping etc. They have said a new model is being released in a couple of weeks and it will cost 70€/£60/$95 including shipping to the UK (and maybe the rest of Europe). This seems like a good price and the kit looks nice and neat.

The device analyzes the color picture on the screen and produces a diffused light and thus "pushes the boundaries of the screen." Thanks to the wall surface of the body is dynamically lit, adding to the intensity of the image on the screen. Features: Setting the color balance for each individual LED, Customizing the capture area for each LED

Emailed the company again and asked a few questions.

1) A XBMC plugin is in the works and nearly completed.
2) A new model with an IR feature will be released in the near future.
3) New software also under development.

This bit of kit actually looks really promising.
