well, now i know why newegg has the Scythe SCBSK-1000 cooler in AUTO NOTIFY mode..
SCYTHE released the Scythe SCBSK-2000 so, i think the 1000 model will die soon,,,

I just built a system using that board, case and i3-2105 ... The Stock CPU Cooler barely fits, after installation it seems a bit noisy.

If the cooler is under the PSU, then the two fans will fight and try to pull air in opposite directions. This will increase temperatures and create a load of noise.
