Hi,

I have a Windows 7 x64 and have the thermaltake media lab imon VFD with the latest firmware.

if though it has XMBC and MPC HC as supported on the list, each time i launch it the display just shows the below with everything i Do.

XMBC [STOP]
00:00:00/00:00:00

OR

MPC HC [STOP]
00:00:00/00:00:00

regardless of if i play a file, stop, pause, no media info at all.

can someone please help with this issue please, is there config that i need to change?

It worked fine with windows media player
